Chairman Randy Schutte |
Randy Schutte graduated from Lincoln Trail Junior College in 1976 and received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University. He is married with two adult children. Involved in farming his entire life, Randy continues the effort with his father and brother as owners of Schutte Farms and Schutte Partnership. He and his brother are co-owners of Schutte Brothers Partnership. Randy has served on the Board of Directors of the First National Bank of Robinson and as a Director of AMBank N.A. of Illinois. He served as President of Kirk Water Line and is a member of the Financial Council for St. Elizabeth Church. |

Secretary Dorothy Smith |
Dorothy Smith was one of the founding board members of the Agriculture Development Association and served one term as board Secretary. Currently, she is the board Secretary for the Co-op and the LLC. Dorothy received her B.S. in education from SIUC. She is married with three grown children and four grandchildren. Dorothy, her husband, and their oldest son operate a grain and livestock farm near Annapolis, Illinois. |

Bob Crocker graduated from Marshall High School in 1965. He is married and has a son and two granddaughters. After duty in the U. S. Navy, Bob served forty years in the petro-chemical industry, oil refining operations, oil fired boilers and TNT manufacturing. |

Manager Robin Guyer |
Robin Guyer received his B.S.M.E. from Letourneau University. Robin has been married forty-four years, has two adult children and five grandchildren. He is the owner and manager of Bunker Hill Supply, Co. (Ag Business), a director of First Robinson Savings Bank, the Crawford County Development Association and the Crawford County Board. Robin served as the President of Southern Illinois Fertilizer and Chemical Association and as the Secretary of Illinois Fertilizer and Chemical Association. He is active in local church and community functions. |

Manager Steve Core |
Steve Core has over 30 years of agricultural business management experience. Since January 2002, Steve has served as a new ethanol plant construction consultant for Fagen, Inc. of Granite Falls, Minnesota. Between 1994 and 2002, he served as General Manager of Corn Plus, an ethanol producer in Winnebago, Minnesota. Steve is a member of the Minnesota Ethanol Coalition and the Corn Growers Association. He is a former Renewable Fuels Association Board Director. Steve received his Associates of Applied Sciences in Agricultural Business degree in 1970 from Eastern Iowa Community College. |

Steve Pifer graduated from Wabash Valley Junior College in 1972 with an Associate degree in Agriculture Production. He and his brother Doug, along with Steve's son Brad, own and operate Pifer Farms. Steve is married with three adult children and two grandchildren. He is a member and Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Palestine, member of the Palestine Chamber of Commerce and was a 4-H leader for over ten years. |

Through his automotive dealership in Newton, Illinois, Louis Ochs promotes flex-fuel vehicles and the use of E-85. He and his wife Gloria have a son, two daughters and nine grandchildren. Louis is a Jasper County native and was raised on a farm south of Ste. Marie, Illinois. He owns 190 acres of farmland that his brothers and son-in-law farm. |

| Reuben Tingley is a 2000 graduate of Casey-Westfield High School. Throughout high school, he was actively involved in FFA and worked on the family farm. Currently, Reuben and his brothers operate Tingley Brothers Farms in rural Martinsville. Reuben is also a Trustee on the Johnson Township board of Clark County. He resides in rural Martinsville with his wife and son. |
