Chairman Jeff Rich

Jeff Rich is a lifelong farmer and Crawford County resident. He is a partner/co-owner of Halter-Rich Farms and enjoys farming with his wife, Linda, and his two sons, Travis and Garrett. Jeff Served on the University of Illinois Extension Ag Council and on the Effingham Equity Advisory Board. He was elected to the Agriculture Development Association Board in 2006 and served as the Chairman from 2007 through 2012.      

 

Vice-Chairman Randy Schutte

From 2008 to 2017, I served as a member of both the Lincolnland Agri-Energy Co-Op Board anf the LLC Board. From 2012 to 2017, I served as Chairman of the LLC Board. It is my desire to be re-elected to the Co-Op Board.

I am a lifelong resident of Crawford County. I graduated from Robinson High School in 1974; graduated from Lincoln Trail College in 1976; and from Eastern Illinois University in 1978 with a Bachelor's Degree in ''Business Management''. I have been involved in farming my entire life and continue in this effort as part owner of Schutte Farms and Schutte Partnership with my bother Brad, son Stewart, and nephew Joe. Brad and I are also co-owners of Schutte Brothers Partnership. All of these entities are in the business of grain farming. I served on the Board of Directors of the First National Bank of Robinson and continued on the Board of Directors when it became AmBank N.A. of Illinois. I also served as President of the Kirk Water Line and was a past member of the Financial Council for St. Elizabeth Church. I am presently 64 years of age. My wife Bobbi and I have two grown children; a daughter Morgan and a son Stewart.   

 

Secretary-Treasurer Gayle Kite

Gayle Kite farms in southern Crawford County. She has one married son, Brian, his wife Jina, and two granddaughters. One granddaughter is attending Robinson High School and one is attending University of Southern Indiana. Gayle graduated from Robinson High School and Eastern Illinois University. She is a founding member of the Agriculture Development Association, Lincolnland Agri-Energy Co-operative, and Lincolnland Agri-Energy, LLC. She served as Treasurer of the Co-op and Chairman of the LLC from 2002-2012. After being off the board for 4 years, she returned to be a director of the Co-op and LLC in 2016.  

 

Board Manager Steve Core

Steve Core has over 50 years of agricultural business management experience. He was born October 2, 1949, and is currently 70 years of age. In 1970, he received his Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Agricultural Business from Eastern Iowa Community College. From 1970 to 1994, he worked in and managed various elevators and co-ops. Between 1994 and 2002, he served as General Manager of Corn Plus, a Winnebago, Minnesota ethanol producer. In January 2002, he worked in sales and marketing for Fagen, Inc., of Granite Falls, Minnesota, on new ethanol plant construction and expansions until October of 2013. He then started Core Consulting, LLC. He currently serves as a director on three ethanol plant boards. He serves on two of those boards on behalf of Ron Fagen.  

 

Board Manager Bob Crocker 

Bob Crocker graduated from Marshall High School in 1965. He is married, has one adult child and two wonderful granddaughters. After duty in the U. S. Navy, Bob served 40 years in the petrochemical industry, operations department oil refining, oil-fired boilers and TNT manufacturing.   

 

Board Manager Gerald Forsythe

 

Board Manager Matt Meeker 

Matt Meeker is a 1995 graduate of Southern Illinois University with B.S. in Business and Administration. He is married with two children. Matt is the General Manager for Superior Fuels, Inc. in Newton, Illinois and Managing Partner of Meeker Limited Partnership, owner of 2,500 acres of farm ground and other agricultural interests in South Central Illinois.

 

Board Manager Darrell Meese

Darrell began his second term July 2020.

 

Board Manager Rhonda Musgrave

Rhonda Musgrave is a graduate of Oblong High School and Eastern Illinois University, with a B.S. in Business Education. After teaching for six years and a management position in Oklahoma, Rhonda returned to the family farm north of Oblong in 1989. She has been the owner/operator of Atremi Farm Ltd. since 1996 and is a partner with her sister in J.T. Musgrave Legacy Farm, LLC. Rhonda has been a member of the ADA since its inception, having served as Treasurer from 2004 to 2011. She is also a Director and Secretary of Wabash Valley Service Company and a Director and Treasurer of Renewable Energy Venture, LLC.  

 

Board Manager Louis Ochs

Since 1962, Louis Ochs has been involved in vehicle sales and service in Newton, Illinois. He actively promoted the benefits of flex-fuel vehicles and the use of E-85 to his customers. Louis sold the business and retired in June 2019. His family, including seven brothers, son, and son-in-law, are supporters of the Lincolnland facility. Widowed in 2014, Louis has three children and nine grandchildren.
