The undertone is full steady to firm. The national shell egg inventory is 2.1 percent higher when compared to the previous week. Retail is moderate to good with increased movement noted into areas affected by the winter storm over the weekend. Distributive demand is light to mostly moderate. Offerings are light to at times very light. Supplies are very light to moderate. Market activity is moderate to active. Breaking stock offerings and demand are light to very light. The national breaking stock inventory is up 7.0 percent from last week. Light type fowl offerings are light; processing schedules are normal to reduced.
